Problem
Despite having a working demo, the startup was struggling with engaging customers in the value proposition

Solution
Utilising the Value Proposition Canvas, jointly developed the value proposition and identified target customers and personas. Supported sales engagement to identify and address objections during the buying journey to bring repeatability to the journey. 

Outcome
High levels of engagement from pilot customers.

Convert pilots to subscribing customers and further develop the product and go to market strategy based on insight from early adopters.

Customer : Private label frozen deserts business.

Problem
The customer was based in a legacy factory with a lot of aging infrastructure with a number of core assets at or beyond end of life. The customer wanted to develop a credible masterplan to support site development.

Solution
Working with a cross-functional team, developed a range of scenarios ranging from "do nothing" to full site regeneration with budgetary estimates and delivery schedules.

Outcome
The customer was able to progress with their preferred option confident that it was achievable, affordable and met their business goals.

Customer : Private Equity business investing in food manufacturing.

Problem
The PE firm were keen to get a strong operational and asset management view of a multi-site acquisition target to compliment the financial evaluation.

Solution
Through reviewing the supplied data supplemented by a 1 day visit to each site, we were able to produce a detailed, evidence based, view of their asset integrity, capital plans and operational excellence saving ioppiortunities.

Outcome
Detailed report for the PE fund to support their decision making and identify areas of focus post acquisition.
